Frequently asked questions
What counts as a transformation?
Any unique combination of source asset and transform parameters. The same transform on the same asset is processed once and cached. Cached requests are not counted again.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We notify you at 80% usage. Overages are billed at the fair per-unit rates listed above. You can also set hard caps from your dashboard to prevent any overage charges.
Do transforms cost extra on top of the plan?
No. Transformations come out of your monthly quota. There are no per-transform API fees or processing surcharges.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Hobby tier is the trial. It doesn't expire and gives you a real feel for the platform. Upgrading is just a plan change, not a new sign-up.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard, no penalty. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What about video, audio, and documents?
They are delivered and cached just like images, and count against the same bandwidth and storage. Video transforms and richer asset features are available from the Pro plan.
